  • While I deeply empathize with individuals facing significant challenges, it's crucial to acknowledge that my current services may not fully address certain specialized needs.

  • If you are actively experiencing suicidal ideation, engaging in harmful impulsive behaviors, living in unsafe environments, or grappling with severe mood deregulation and traumatic stress, I recommend seeking immediate assistance from professionals who specialize in crisis intervention and more intensive therapeutic interventions.

EMDR mental health therapy

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a therapeutic approach to help individuals overcome distressing memories. Comparable to organizing books on a shelf, EMDR assists in 'unsticking' troubling memories through bilateral stimulation. This process aims to change the emotional impact of memories, empowering individuals to integrate these experiences into their life story with reduced distress. EMDR has shown effectiveness in providing relief from trauma-related symptoms, fostering healing and a sense of control.

Internal family systems IFS

IFS

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as a collection of 'parts,' each with its own thoughts, feelings, and roles. IFS helps individuals explore and understand these internal dynamics, fostering harmony and self-discovery. Through guided introspection, clients develop a compassionate relationship with their internal 'parts,' leading to healing and a more integrated sense of self. IFS has proven effective in addressing a range of emotional challenges by facilitating inner balance and self-connection.

CF-ACT

Compassion-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CF-ACT) is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals cultivate self-compassion while embracing acceptance and commitment to personal values. By integrating mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies, CF-ACT empowers clients to navigate challenges, reduce self-criticism, and live more in alignment with their values. This approach is effective in promoting psychological flexibility and enhancing overall well-being.

  5. It's important to note that I may not be the perfect fit for everyone. If, at any point, we find that our collaboration isn't effectively meeting your challenges, I am committed to exploring referrals to ensure you receive the best support on your journey.

Insurance

I’m currently not accepting any insurance plans.

Superbill/invoice can be provided for out of network insurance reimbursement.

Self-Pay

50-min Individual Therapy Session: $250

***I offer sliding scale fee as well. Please reach out to explore this option.

Policies

I highly value respecting our time commitment so I have a 24 hour cancellation policy with the exception of emergency situations. If a session is canceled after 24-hours or is missed, you will be charged $100.

We will discuss ending services or changing frequency of sessions for repeated missed appointments.

You have the right to Good Faith Estimate and costs will be discussed prior to beginning services.
